LOCATION: Duniway Park Track on SW 6th and SW Barbur Blvd

Duniway Track is located at SW Barbur Blvd & SW Sheridan St. Parking at or near the track will be extremely limited. To minimize impact on the surrounding neighborhoods, please plan to take public transportation, Uber/Lyft, walk, or bike to the track. If you are arriving by car, we recommend parking at PSU Parking Structure 1 at 1872 SW Broadway. Their daily rate is $7 – note your license plate number, then pay at the pay station OR use the code 81872 with the handy Parking Kitty app.

There will be no gear check at the event. We recommend bringing only absolute necessities with you to the track and/or leaving valuables with friends or family during your race. Rose City Track Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please, no dogs on the track or turf. Absolutely no smoking.

Registration and race number pick up will open at 8:30AM at the Rose City Track Club tent. Day-of registration closes at 9:30AM sharp. Plan to register or pick up your race number between 8:30-9:30am, and plan to be at the start area ten minutes before your scheduled heat to check in with the clerk course. Our starter will communicate final instructions and starting commands to runners ahead of each heat.

The order of events is as follows beginning at 10:00AM. The final schedule and heat sheets will be posted Friday, June 12th.

The registration/check-in tent, sponsor tents, and awards podium will be located on the far side of the track by the homestretch. ALWAYS look both ways before crossing the track, even if a race is not in session. Stay clear of the finish area and timing cameras as to not interfere with timing or results.

Runners – always pass on the right. If a runner is approaching from behind to pass you, stay to your left and allow them to pass to your right.

Head to live.tf for a live scoreboard and unofficial race results. Final results will be posted following the event at rosecitymile.com.

Age group awards will be presented to the top 3 men and women in the following age categories: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.

Note that masters runners must compete in the fastest masters heat to be eligible for the masters prize purse. Runners of any age must compete in the fastest open heat to be eligible for the open prize purse. Heat sheets will be posted Friday, June 12th. Participants may update their predicted mile time by emailing hello@rosecitytrack.com up until Wednesday, June 10th, 11:59PM.

Join in the Rose City Mile no matter where you are in the world by participating in the Rose City Mile virtual mile! Participants will receive a Rose City Mile t-shirt and bib number by mail. Post a photo or video of your run, use the tags @rosecitytrack and #rosecitymile, and share about how it goes! Results will be posted in the “Virtual Mile” category on the results page. Awards will be sent to the top five male and female finishers. Register by May 15th to guarantee a free commemorative item; otherwise while supplies last.

ADA ACCOMMODATION: Please email hello@rosecitytrack.com if ADA accommodation is needed. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of all relevant documents for USATF to evaluate requests.

CLEAN SPORT POLICY: Rose City Track Club is committed to clean sport and does not condone the use of performance enhancing drugs or banned substances at any level of competition. Athletes who have been suspended by a governing body for using performance-enhancing drugs are not eligible to participate in Rose City Mile. Appeals are reviewed by the RCTC Board of Directors.
